Dear friends and brothers in Christ:
A few months ago, I received a request from the Conventional Worship Ministry of the Western Cuban Baptist Convention Association. They have a list of churches, mostly small churches, that are in need of audio equipment for their activities.
We are aware of the deep energy crisis that Cuba is going through. Churches are affected by frequent power outages.
At the same time, it is an opportunity. In the midst of those «blackouts,» a church gathered in a home with portable sound equipment captures the entire neighborhood’s attention. There is no power for other activities or things to do.
Here is a list of churches; you may be familiar with some of them, or perhaps not.

Recently we saw this opportunity in a store. We believe that this type of equipment can be a blessing for some of these churches.
With a convenient price of 100.00 USD, it is possible to connect a microphone and a media player. It also features a rechargeable battery for 6 hours. This equipment can be very useful for any of these churches.
If you feel moved to contribute financially to this project, you can do so through the following link https://hopefleet.org/cuba, where you will find a donation form for the Cuba Program. Hope Fleet is a humanitarian organization registered as a 501(c)(3); your contributions are tax-deductible.

Prayer Request
Finally, I want to share with you some reasons why we are praying in this season.
- Next container with aid and donations on May 2 and 3 from Jacksonville.
- Project to Assist 32 Churches with Audio Equipment.
- We personally wish to continue helping our brothers in faith. For this, we need time and resources. This will allow us to be more effective.
- On a family level, for trust and tranquility in the current circumstances we live in. 1 Timothy 2:1-2. «I exhort therefore, first of all, that supplications, prayers, intercessions, thanksgivings, be made for all men; for kings and all that are in high place; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and gravity.» (ASV)
Thank you for your company in prayer!
God bless everyone!
