Dear brothers and friends:
Since the beginning of the year, we have not had any communication with you. We wish to share what God has done in these first two months.
The Christmas and New Year celebrations have been a blessing. The presence of our parents and the rest of the family has filled us with joy! We hope that this has been the same experience for each one of you. If for some reason it has not been like this, I encourage you to continue trusting. Keep praying and waiting on the Lord. God is faithful!
We have good news related to the purpose of continuing to help the Work in our beloved nation, here we share with you:
Vacation Bible Schools 2025.
Thanks to the cooperation of Macedonian Call Ministries, we acquired 300 packages. These are Lifeway’s Vacation Bible School Material. This was possible thanks to your support. The material is for 2025 and its title is: «Magnified!».
These packages will be shipped soon. The churches that will get them are those with which the CEF Ministry and the Baptist Convention of Western Cuba work.
CEF has provided the following statistical information on Vacation Bible School celebrations in the last six years.
Two things draw our attention. First, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is evident. At least it affects the possibility of celebrating them. It also influences getting a response from the children. But also, secondly, the recovery from 2022 is notable. We recognize the importance of working to reach the next generation. We understand that sowing the seed of the gospel in them from an early age is very important.
We will be waiting for the results of 2025. At the same time, we will pray to the Lord. We will ask that these VBS packages be a blessing. We want them to be a useful tool to reach children.
This will be a project in which we will continue to work together with MCM. For next year, we hope to send a larger number of packages.

Help 13 Pastoral Families Impacted by Hurricane Rafael.
Initially this project was designed to be executed for 3 months. However, God has provided more funds. Therefore, we have extended it to another 3 months.

Container with Humanitarian Aid.
On February 7 and 8, we were in Jacksonville. We loaded a container with humanitarian aid. This aid is for the churches and the Western Baptist Convention Charity Ministry.
We are grateful to Hope Fleet, Macedonian Call Ministries, and Vision with Compassion for the opportunity to join together to carry out this endeavor.
We share with you some photos.
As part of the aid in this container were 100 radios sent by Trans World Radio for Message of Faith and Hope Ministry. My father, Pastor Alberto I. Gonzalez Muñoz, founder of the Ministry and who led it for many years, is with us now and helps us prepare the aid.
He gladly agreed to take a photo with one of the radios. It will be a blessing for the brothers in Cuba. They will listen to the most powerful Christian radio station in the western hemisphere, TransWorld Radio.

Contacts with other Ministries.
During our short time in Jacksonville we had the pleasant opportunity to share with Virginia and Mary from C4C Ministries. Together we share the same love for the work of the Lord and for Cuba. We also see cooperation as the best strategy to carry out the Ministry.
We met Virginia and Mary many years ago when we were in Cuba. Now it is a blessing to work together with C4C in the Ministry. We pray that the Lord will allow us to do great things in His name!
As you can see, we’ve started the year off right!
We are planning a second container for the month of May. We already have Bibles and books donated by Lifeway, and we are coordinating the buying of chairs for several churches.
A word of thanks to Hope Fleet, for making all their resources and platform available to us. I also want to thank Macedonian Call Ministries for being a faithful partner. I thank Vision with Compassion and Raymon Mixon for welcoming us with open arms.
